Hi
I've ordered two e-bikes from my local dealer, one has arrived the other has been put on back order by Scott so I thought I would e-mails Scott-Sports CEO Beat Zaugg in Switzerland. The first two I did not receive a reply so I thought one more time.
Below are the e-mails:-

Good Afternoon
Having now sent 2 previous emails enquiring as to when my Small Scott E-Sub 20 men's bike will be in my possession and asking you or Scott's Uk agent for clarification, I'm at a loss as to why such a large reputable international company treats its customers in such a contemptible manner.

Again, awaiting in anticipation for a reply
Regards
Colin

This is the reply I received from Beat Zaugg CEO.

What do you think.

Who spit in his coffee?

Umm..yeah.... maybe it is a joke? Form email sent to the wrong party? Form email sent to the right party ? (I.E... anyone complaining about anything?)

I, for one, wasn't interested in Scott because of their lowish weight capacity (for me).

This email actually is pretty funny, if you think about it. Maybe Beat receives 100 of these inquiries a day and is trying to lighten his mood.

At any rate, guess you can hold tight and wait for the bike, or cancel the order (if you can). Doubt you'll get a satisfactory answer from Beat.
