Saddle Bags and Panniers for Aventon Level

Topeak was mentioned by a Youtuber but he had the rack replaced on his Level by the bike shop. How about the adapters for the Level rack? Anyone have experience with those? He was using a Topeak MTX for carrying his stuff. I'm getting tired of only being able to carry as much stuff as can fit into my backpack.

I am in Canada as well. I went with Arkel bags out of Quebec to avoid all the US border hassles during Covid. They have two different size mounts depending on the diameter of the rack rails. At least check them out. CN
