Anyone using this seat and can vouch for it?
I tend to get sore backside on long rides over a mile or so, so I need a really comfy seat cushion.

This question should be posted in one of the many existing saddle threads. Maybe there you'll get some answers.

Another place to try is your bikes brand name subforum if you have a popular brand.

To have a seat that works you need three things.
you need time you need to ride a lot to break in your sit bones.
you need the saddle and bike setup for you properly. the saddle needs to be the right height the right angle and the back and forth needs to be right.
third the right saddle but you need the first two first.

Bike saddle discussions are quite common here on EBR. The main take away is this: What works for some may not for all. Trial and error is the only sure way to tell what works for you.

You might also consider some sort of seatpost suspension to improve the ride. Products from Kinekt, Suntour, Thudbuster and many more have proven themselves to be effective for many of us here.

In the case of the Roguoo seat you question, try it. If it doesn't work for you, Amazon has a very liberal return policy.

It should also be noted that many LBS offer seat fit advice and some even let you try before you buy.

no idea on that one. This is the one (my third try) that really works for me.

List time I did a 26 mile ride on my mountain bike (peddle power only) I couldn't walk properly for a few days.

It's flat amazing how painful a seat can become on a long ride especially if it's only your pedal power moving it.

You know, I have a seat similar to the Rogouu one I posted above and you know what? It is large and seems to get in the way when you're peddling, creating extra unwanted friction against the seat with every down stroke.
The seat you posted might eliminate that issue.

I ride pretty much daily, and have for a while now. Maybe 3-4 years. Rides are generally on the short side, like 3-5 miles, because I ride for fun. My point is, when I'm "inspired" to go on a longer trip, my butt is all done at 20 miles, so I'm not into the idea that my butt will ever become "hardened" to the point I'll be able to go much further. Sure, I'm stopping to get the blood circulating again a couple of times on these longer rides, and no, not wearing anything fancy for underwear.

I've tried several different seats, including one of the really wide ones. That felt like I was sitting on a shelf. Seat angle was critical as the front edge can really dig in if it's set too high. Anyway, I ended up with a Cloud 9 seat. They are NOT all the same. After trying a couple, the one they make with a Lycra top fabric seems to work the best - for my tender butt. -Al

Cool. So what did you get that was actually comfortable ?
of all the seats i have tried that one was one of the worst, even the friggin reflective strip on the back fell off after one month, just nothing about it was any good for me but everyone's body is different so maybe its good for someone? i Currently use Bigass noseless seats, for the way i ride they are perfect,i can ride forever without a sore butt, the down side is you sacrifice a little control and stability with a noseless so for any type of intricate riding where you need maximum control noseless may not be a great choice.

I want a comfy, simple-to-install spin bike cushion for my bike, I bought this Domain Cycling Premium Bike Gel Seat Cushion Cover. It is made durable with high-quality material: soft silicone gel and stretchy lycra material designed for indoor spinning and outdoor cycling. The gel cushion is quite comfortable when biking or used for exercises at home. It remains still and doesn’t slide around while I'm cycling. It has different colors that you can choose from.

Trust me, that seat has to much rebound; it pushes back at yur bottom. Might be okay if you limit rides
to 5 mi. Beyond that it´s a pain in the butt.

Consistent fitness improvement is good. However, a cycling seat can ruin or disrupt your overall workout experience. The good thing is that there are a lot of ways you can follow on how to make the exercise bike seat more comfortable. Because constant movement increases friction, you need to find shorts that fit well to protect you from a long workout. Although there is no exact posture that everyone must follow, you must know some cycling positions that are suitable for your body when working out on an exercise bike.
Bot? Sure reads like one.
