Hi and Thanks for accepting me on your forum.
I need some advice.
I have a Ridstar H26 1500w ebike.
The Lcd screen gas been damaged following a tumble. The screen controller buttons work but half the screen is damaged and can't be read. Have tried to get a replacement unit from Ebay but when fitted they just don't work at all. Have been advised that this may be due to a Protocol 2 issue( don't know what that is) can anyone advise as to where I can get a replacement unit that works. Have tried to contact Ridstar directly but can't get through. Purchased the bike via Ebay but seller no longer registered. Help I'm desperate
