Ride1up vs Magicycle

Trying to decide between these two ebikes. plenty reviews on YouTube of each but I don't find any comparing the performance or preference of these two.
Anyone here with riding experience with both ? Which one do you like best and why... Thanks

I just recently received a Ride1up 700 for my daughter and liked it well enough to want an ebike for myself. The 700 seems to be an excellent bike.
There are also many good reviews on the Magicycle fat bike. Lower price, 52v batt, more torque, two year warranty etc.
I was hoping that someone who might have experience with both could share their pros and cons of both and any Customer service contact.

the reason the magicycle is cheaper is it has generic Chinese batteries.

oh okay, I don't have MagiCycle so I don't know about their customer service.

No I had not heard of the Kepler..Until now.
It looks interesting but maybe too new to have any actual user reviews. I would like to know more about it .

Now after reading the way their return and warranty policies are worded I don't have think ill be doing any buying from them. Dont sound very customer friendly.
