Was able to perform a little more in-depth trail testing yesterday on the newly redesigned Trail Tracker fatty by Pedego. The improved weight distribution and balance of the new down tube battery really showed when negotiating more technical portions of the trail. Loved launching it over roots and anything else while maintaining a balaced and confidence inspiring levelness in air and on landings. Plenty of power and options to apply it. The new fat specific hub motor is strong, quiet (couldn't hear it over the tire roar anyways
) and I think it actually is a little torquier. More importantly though is the proper alignment the drive train now enjoys because of the fatter motor. With the gear cassette pushed out shifting is cleaner with zero chain/tire issues, even in 1st gear. Was a super fun day! I really dig it! Good job Pedego.
