Here is the actual words of the dealer I bought the Raleigh Sprite ebike from:

Hi Robert. Since they have laid off about half their warranty/service staff, it seems like they're now *very* slow at getting back to us. And they've closed all the Canadian accounts, unfortunately, as they've decided not to sell their bikes into Canada anymore. They're still promising to support us, but it seems like they're being very slow about it.

So here are our options as I see it:

- We wait and hope that they get back to us soon, without a guarantee of success.

- We exchange the bike towards another one, with the upgrade cost depending on the bike you choose, and we'd give you a few to consider. After that it's our problem, not yours. Let us know your thoughts, and thank you very much.
