Quality of import bikes

A lot of information on the optibike website about motor quality, optibike batteries, etc. But is this info limited to the high end bikes they sell. Do the pioneer allroad and city which originate in china still have the same mbb motor and use the optibike manufactured batteries. I am talking about the actual batteries, not just the packaged cases with lithion batteries inside. Do the allroad and city also use the lithium cobalt batteries. What about the electronic contollers, etc., optibike made or chinese

Motor is made by Bofeili and batter with controller is Chinese. The good stuff is on the higher end bikes.
