PulsarOne and MySmartBike usage

Hello all, my first post here.

I'm looking for any assistance and/or guidance on my setup and the issue I'm experiencing.

My setup:
Wilier Cento10 Hybrid (x35+) - updated firmware
PulsarOne
HeartRate strap
MySmartbike app (Google Pixle 6 Pro)

Observations:
PulsarOne unit works fine when just using the unit on its own.

When MySmartBike app is open and ride ‘Started’’ the PulsarOne becomes non-responsive to assistance changes.

Just using the PulsarOne unit and you can't track/save/post details of each ride.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well your doing nothing wrong, it just seems that the smartphone app isn't as smart as we all hoped. They are constantly running updates on the app, your best bet is to hope one eventually works for you.
