Problem with Magnum Classic Low-Step folder (36V)

Having a problem with my bike where the speedometer is switching between displaying my speed and showing 0 mph, which seems to also impact if it will allow the motor to provide power. All connections that I can see externally seems to be secure. What might be causing this? What would I be looking at for fixing this?
