Please help me decide between a RadRunner or RadCity or Aventon Pace500

I live in NYC and i have a 12 mile commute each direction. Just want some opinions on these bikes. If you already have one of these please let me know what you like or don't like.

Radrunner and Radcity are very different bikes. Where will it be stored? I think there is a place in NY to see the bikes. Don't know much about the Pace except it's a class 3.

In my opinion, the Radrunner looks more like an ebike riden under throttle, because the pedal position doesn't look good to me. Does NYC allow throttle ebikes now? They didn't at the start of 2019.

Single gear on Radrunner is a big issue for me. I will go with Aventon.
