PAS mode 0 - Where is it?

The manual for the c963 says default range 0 - 3, yet I can't set it to 0. I was under the impression that I could use throttle only in PAS mode 0, which is what I want to do. Can anybody tell me if there is a way to do this? Thank you.

Thank you for the quick reply RoyL. I use a Mac and this is all over my head anyways so I'll have to just use it as is. If you know of anyone in the Tampa Florida area that can program if for me please let me know.
