Pace 500 V2 PAS dropping levels

Hi everyone! First post.

My brand new pace 500 v2 might have 50-60 k on it. I took it on a ride on a gravel trail on Saturday and I counted about 4 times over the course of an hour that if I hit a small bump, my pedal assist level would drop from wherever it was back to zero. Has anyone heard of this happening or know a fix?

The unit didn’t turn off, just a quick drop to zero. And no crazy bumps either, just enough to call it a jolt.

I've seen it on an Aventure.2 but I swear it has happened without bumps. Actually just happened to me yesterday, but there were definitely bumps before it happened. It just seems like it wasn't *immediately* before.

(I was going back and forth along a road with various bumps testing the suspension vs locked out to see what it was doing)

Hmm.. It was fine when I was on flat ground, but I hit a huge steep hill the last time it happened and that unacceptable. I really hope it doesn’t keep up.
