Newton-meters of old Active Line vs new Active Line Plus?

I am a bit confused about the nm ratings of the portfolio of Active Line motors from Bosch. I read somewhere that the older Active Line motors from 2016-2017 (which were featured on the first Vektron) output 50 nm of torque, the same as today's Active Line Plus. Whereas today's Active Line motors output only 40 NM. Did Bosch take the old Active Line motor and split it into two different classes? Thank you for any color you can provide, and if you know of any other differences between these motors that would be great :)

Was able to confirm that the older Active Line motors, referred to as "Active Line Cruise" by Bosch, do in fact have 50 nm of max torque in Turbo mode. See archived webpage of motor stats from 2016 Bosch site; https://web.archive.org/web/2016030....de/en/komponenten/drive_unit/drive_unit.html

This is something to keep in mind when shopping for an eBike today as the "Active Line Plus" motors have identical power output as the older Active Line motors, and the Active Line motors today have 10nm less power as indicated by e-boy above. Thanks.
