New to biking, seeking light weight folding ebike

Hey guys, I'm looking for 30ish lb or lighter folding ebike that can throttle 20mph and was wondering if there was one any of you recommend. I was looking at ones like Carbo and The One, but I don't don't have much knowledge or any experience to make the right selection from the seemingly endless options out there. Does anyone else prefer bikes like these? Any knowledge about on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see any pics of it folding, are you sure it folds?
