New Owner Genze e101

I recently purchased Genze e101. I weigh 300 pounds this is greater than the maximum weight for most ebikes. I contacted Genze customer support and there response was no problem with the caveat my distance and speed is decreased due to my weight. I now have 25 miles on the ebike at pedal assist level 5 and throttle mode. It is great.

Have you had problem changing from Kilometers to miles per hour? Owners Manual says to hold + and - buttons for five seconds but is not changing. Have you had similar problem?
