Proud new owner of a Volbike Mariner V2. Still getting used to it.
A few comments (mini-review): I was one of the lucky ones who managed to apply for and receive an e-bike rebate. Voltbike happens to be right down the road from me, the price was good and the folks seemed competent. I picked this bike because it's easy to get on (have a lot of trouble swinging my leg over most bikes). It seems well made. Some cons: man, this thing is heavy! the heavy chain I bought doesn't help. I think of it more like a motorcycle than a bicycle. Unfortunately I never owned a motorcycle. The fat tires make it difficult to get in bike racks. I find it a bit twitchy to ride but I expect to improve with practice.
