2020 Vado 3.0 is a class 1 bike for sure. I've got a couple 2019 Vado 3.0's left that are class 3, those effectively are the 2020 Vado 4.0.

Again I appreciate all the input here but it’s not clear to me why specialized themselves would say via their Online support that the 2020 Vado 3.0 is class 3. NYCE bicycles reviewed it and said the same. I’m up for a phone call Brendon for a more I depth discussion if you are - this all seems like reverse logic.

The employees at Specialized aren't infallible!!!
A few months back a member here stated something along the lines of Specialized not providing a warranty on bikes purchased used. I provided the webpage stating the opposite and it wasn't until he called Specialized again that he believed me.
