Nevo seat height for smaller folks

Background: My 5’2” wife would have liked rear suspension, but since the smallest Homage frame size is 49cm we had to go with the 43cm Nevo. With the Nevo seat in It’s lowest position and the standard Thudbuster (soft elastomer) she can - just - reach the ground with her tiptoes but can’t plant the ball of her foot. It’s a little too high for her comfort so we’ll need to explore other seat suspension options. Suggestions appreciated!

I can't put the ball of my foot down either nor do I even try. I hop off the seat as I slow down and stand comfortably. The beauty of a step-through frame

I literally would not think of stopping without getting off the seat*; I instinctively stand on one pedal with one foot as I slow so that I can gracefully step off with the other foot as I stop.

*Unless I had so much seatpost clearance I could fit a dropper.
