Need To Cover Bike on RV

Looking for some help from anyone who may carry their bike on the RV, mine has a fold down platform on the back with a post that stands up to secure a bicycle for transport. I am looking at Amazon so forth but have not found one, if it covers the bottom of the wheels like regular racks I couldn't get it up on there. I need something that slips over the top and is rated for road use. Thanks in advance if anyone has a suggestion.

You mean you

Do you mean you need a RV specific rack or a bike cover ?
The title thread is misleading .

Sorry for the confusion, I have a rack on the rv that is a platform made of steel and a post that stands up with an eyelet at the top for holding a bike. I need a cover that slips over the bike, not the type that cover the bottom of the wheels, those are installed when the bike is suspended on a regular rack. Mine sits on the tires and needs to be covered for weather. Just thought someone else on the forum may have the same kind of carrier and a suggestion. Not a big deal just couldn't find one that was rated for travel. thanks anyway

I’ve got a hitch mounted on my fifth wheel. It has hoops for the wheels and a post in the middle to hold the bike. I purchased an Ohuhu from Amazon and it works great. It is the same material as Pro Bikes and costs half as much.

Come early 2020 I am looking for a secure rack to hold 2-3 ebikes completely ready to ride., something easy on a poor back. A ramp, a lock , environmentally tight enough to protect the bikes and if I could it would be nice to mount a generator to power the battery chargers. I don’t expect to get the generator part but hope to be able to do the rest ...maybe custom but need to get it done

My rv a Cougar travel trailer came with the fold down rack with a post that pivots up into position to hold the bike. Works well, but only rated for 250 lbs total weight. My generator is.a Honda 3000I I would highly recommend but weight is 130 so not light. I use a ramp and a portable battery powered Warn winch to pull it up into the truck. I found a cover for my Aurora called Evelo and they have one made for that purpose so it's on the way, 55 dollars so not all that bad.

Ordered the right cover for the Aurora on Evelo site today, it's a Topeak 27/29" mtn bike size designed for wind, rain, etc. so should work out good, slips over top and has straps etc. for keeping it in place and a carry bag. Cost was 55 dollars most likely find it a couple bucks cheaper if you search but free shipping from Evelo and they ship fast from past experience.

Thanks to everybody for suggestions. I ordered the Ohuhu on Amazon for under $15 including tax. If it holds up great - if it doesn't, I'm only out the $15, and can upgrade the next time.

Sounds good just wanted to put it out there in case anyone was still looking. Your right for 15 dollars you aren't risking much. Good luck with it and let us know how it holds up. I know on the rv anything in the back gets a lot of turbulent wind and dirt so you definitely need something.
