This is a work in progress ...
Opening this thread for other users/ members in case they want to fix it , If this issue also happens to them .
The main problem starts from most eBike companies not putting torque arms on each side of the axle. 0vertime taking the rear wheel in an out , eventually the dropouts wore out and the axle will get loose> twisted/broken wires inside the main motor cable. But then the problem will be that the ebike will last 10+ years and there won't be many sales
and many people would loose their jobs...
Where I am now , after having opened the motor housing , I bought the new cable , only $10 , Thanks but no thanks Bosch
...
So now I am thinking how to connect the new cable
Fyi-The motor has about the 15,000 miles on it , as you can see the planetary gear set is in perfect shape good for probably 100,000 miles !
