Loosen hydraulic brakes?

I got my new ebike from the shipper, Loomis, with a big hole smashed into the box and re-taped. From what I could see there wasn't damage, but when I opened it there was a scratch on the battery and a long scratch on the underside of the frame tube above it. It may have been the front wheel axle, one locking arm washer is very bent. When the delivery driver phoned me she mentioned that she was looking at the shipping address upside down.....
The front brake rubbed a lot. The disk looks pretty flat to me, but after following expert videos such as Park Tools and others, for brake adjustment, it still rubs a little bit in 2 spots fairly close together.
I've never had disk brakes of any type. Is there a way to make just a tiny bit more space between the pads? If I can, I'd rather do that than start bending the disk. None of the videos I watched touched on making more space between the pads.
Edited to add:
Step 1
After loosening both screws and spinning the wheel and clamping the brake lever, and tightening both screws in turn bit by bit, I need to adjust further.
Step 2
I'm not sure about the 2nd step which was to loosen one screw and push the caliper to a better position, then do the other one. I tried many times. Perhaps that creates an angle that is a slight problem?

Opinions or advice please ? Can I widen the gap with an adjustment?

I think I just detected a tiny bit of brake oil on the lever. Could it be overfilled?
OK, with better backlight viewing and better angle after removal of fender, I see the disk is bent. I'll try making a slotted plastic tool to give it a tweak.

(When they say "bleeding the brakes" they don't mean what my finger is doing right now.. )

batmick1 Thank you. I was just thinking that I should have specified. Tektro...but I don't see a model code. I'm now clearly seeing the warp though, so I need to straighten it out. I also need to contact the seller. Loomis has a small woman by herself handling the oversize packages. She already knew when she phoned that she wouldn't be able to manage delivering it to the apt. and it was upside down at that time, I guess maybe she got it that way.

In order to make the pads further apart you would have to bleed the brakes with an extra shim in between the pads and the rotor. Straightening the rotor is not too bad. I use an adjustable wrench set to the width of the rotor.

You can get a disc brake rotor for less than $10 on Amazon. Not worth putting in too much effort, but if it's got 2 bends in it, it's likely to pulse when you pull the blade.

Thank you JRA, I did finally straighten it using an adjustable wrench! First I made a cut in a stick of wood to go further in on the disk, but once I used the wrench it's at least not scraping when spinning. I'll test it again for function tomorrow

Thanks rich c! It was pulsing. If tomorrow it still pulses I'll try to do a finer adjustment on the fix before I buy a new disk It looks fixed up a lot right now. ... I'll see about its function in the morning, and try some more if it's not perfect.
Thanks rich c and thank you JRA.

I seem to have a good flatness of rotor now, no pulsing. Waiting for seller response about the shipping probs. The shipping company needs to hire helpers or something.
