I am looking for a brake bleed kit for my Magura MT5/MT4 brakes. There is one or two sellers locally selling one of the Magura kits (two syringe type), but I like the look of the pot style kits. Plus, for the number of times I will use it, a reasonably priced alternative would be preferred.

I appreciate that I will need to purchase the Magura Royal Blood fluid separately.

A little bit of searching around seems to suggest that the EZMTB kits are okay (need the one with the clear pot). However, are there any other recommendations?

Thanks,

I remember trying to find a full kit during COVID-19. It was a pain, but I finally bought the Park Tool Pro kit. Even with Shimano, it is hard to find a full kit. One thing most are missing is a clip that goes on the hose and clips the hose to the nipple on the caliper without that the hose easily falls off. A lot of them don't have the bleed block either. this one has all the parts

Thanks for the suggestion. Also, the reminder about the clip and bleed blokes. Both of which are missing from the Magura kits available here.

yes it's weird how often the kits even Shimano don't have the block. The clip just makes it easier to keep the hose on I struggled to get a good bleed till I discovered that. Though now it looks like shimano has it. They came up with a hose with a needle end that actually goes into the hole on the nipple so you don't need that clip. I have not tested it yet, but the guys at the shop loved it. Bleeding is not that hard, really, just get the steps right make sure on the back you have a uplill run I usually have to remove the caliper. if you screw it up you can keep doing it till you get it right.
