LBS support

Newbie. I'm about ready to pull the trigger on Stunner X. A question. I'm not very good mechanically except for minor things. I live in Ga., so no local support.
I have checked with Velofix, they will handle any non-electrical issues. Does Biktrix partner with. ,or work with any LBS in the north atlanta area, also including possible warranty issues repairs?

Separate issue looks like a 3 week wait on 17A battery

Roshan works well with customers. Call around to all accessible LBS. there may be a cooperative shop. I work with a fairly large group of BBSxx series motor installers. Many will also work on other brands. I’m lucky to have a Trek dealer whose mechanics see the future!

I’m unclear why a warranty was posted regarding Biktrix, but I’ve not seen others sellers warranties posted.

Fortunately I don’t run into many conman customers trying to claim warranty coverage for their screw up, but they pop up from time to time. Forcing a seemingly difficult warranty policy to be posted.

EM3ev batteries can also take 3 weeks.

Thanks for the info Tomasz. Not looking to con anyone. Just looking for best way to service. Or repair bike, if required. Otherwise I would need to go with a bike that's not my preference sold at local ebike shop. This is a substantial purchase for me. I want my first ebike experience to be a good one.

Doug has expanded service with a new mechanic and shop. I think Kent would work on your bikes. They're moving into Ultra motors and builds. PM for contact info.
