Just for fun...

My friend just sent me this, I bought one and it was retro back then.
It only ran about half the times we took it out, sold it to a young kid a few years back and his dad was shaking his head the whole time.
I was showing off to a group of girls on our local Marina and I rode into shallow water, stopped dead and did a full OTB and landed on my back on the rocks.
Had to pretend I was good, limped home in agony.

Met a couple we're just getting to know at a local restaurant this evening. Everybody else was stuffed after dinner, but I wanted to see the desert menu.

Would've thought that a Golden Hour of Passion would go for a lot more than 12 bucks around here.

Couldn't pass up the bargain, but my wife wasn't interested, and I knew I couldn't finish it alone. Question was, how to ask a couple you barely know if they'd like to join you in a Golden Hour of Passion?

Well, they were game. Didn't last anywhere near an hour, but OMG was it good!

Average UK holiday entitlement
28-33 days.
Interesting. I checked: 8 National Holidays in UK (11 in US, not all are paid holidays for everyone though; the company I worked for had (as I recall 14) plus I retired with 36 days additional vacation days). The other vary by employer allowed vacation days?

Always interested in reading about employee benefits around the world.

In the USA if you work in the government you get lots of paid days off. The private sector (real world) not so much, maybe 6. My job we get Christmas, new years, thanksgiving, july 4, memorial day and labor day.

Definetly varies from company to company.

At my last full time job, that I retired from (private sector manufacturing, aerospace, defense, and medical) we got 10 business days off for holidays, 2 personal days, and I had 3 weeks (15 business days) vacation/personal time. For the job before that, I had four weeks vacation. This is not unusual in the private sector for professionals. I don't know what they offer at the bike shop, but I'm very part time so it doesn't matter to me.
