A cowboy lost a bet in the bar and had to drink the spittoon. He started to drink when everyone said No, You Can Stop! We were just joking. But he continued to drink the whole thing and wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. When asked why he didn't stop he said he couldn't because it was all glopped together.
