Recently bought new Kalkhoff Include 8, so far love it. Bought off bike showroom floor 3 wk ago, 15 miles of use so far. Am casual, wkd user (1-2 mi to coffee shop-that sort of thing), still on original charge from store. Have not recharged yet. I understand that proper early battery recharging mgt is v important. Esp for first few charges, should I use until battery absolutely dies, then fully recharge. Should I re-charge at least every month or two, even if not depleted?
Expect to rarely use til spring, cold climate here (Washington, DC). Advice?

No need to go deplete it all the way down. ~5% should be fine. This is just to balance the cells but looks like your bike was on the floor quite a bit, so you may not have to worry about it.
Don't keep the batteries plugged in ... some people plug it in and leave it overnight. This may not cause much issue but your battery may lose capacity a tiny bit quicker compared to those that are charged to ~80%.

Yes.
As said, don't pump it up full 100% (though BMS electronics won't probably let this happen). 1 hour maintenance charge every 2 or 3 months if sitting unused after you've charged it more-less full a while ago.

I have the Intergrale 8 as well, I had the front cog replaced with a bigger one and commute 25km each way to work every day, it's amazing, apart from a few nigglimg problems but I'm pushing it hard, it goes like the wind
