@PatriciaK Can you just take your bike with you? Or are airports involved?

Yea, I finally gave in and ordered a set of pads in addition to the hinged knee brace needed for my recovery period. ;)

Rain only lasted about 30 minutes - John must have gotten tired ;). It was lovely while it lasted, but AQI is still 154. Supposed to be better tomorrow, I hope I hope!!!

Hey, gotta pace myself! Just enuff rain to wet the pavement, & cool things down. Not a breath of wind here for 2 days, just mist laden
with smoke. Nothing to carry sparks. AQI actually went up a bit, but it´s down 90 from yesterday. I feel like I´m living in some dome out
of the Twilight Zone with a ghostly mist all around. Nee nee nee....nee nee nee😨 I shall attempt my best Zorba dance b4 bedtime.

we had rian for maybe 5 minutes max took 50 points off but hey now its only 400

😭 I failed! Couldn´t see the house across the street this morning! 4 different sites say my AQI is between 134 & 298???
No wind, not a blade of grass moving, pretty much for the last 3 days. Forecast sez 6 mph from SE, (this is not good );
but I´m seeing nothing. This is really eerie; am I still on planet earth?
 
Now at 115 , but very many are still at choking levels, & not far away either. Hard for me to inhale guilt free.
Twist, Charleston, jitterbug, or do the Macarena. Try a little dance & pray for rain....can´t hurt.

( butterfiy effect? )
 
Our AQI is 163 but there are pockets of more smoke like downtown;

We would normally have deep blue skies this time of year...
 
hey we got down to 260 today. man I am glad I have a e bike I can ride without work. with by bad leg I cant put much of any effort into it. but I also need to get my cadence down as every stroke hurts. so I limped home in turbo more justing away because I could not ether push hard enough to spin fast enough. but I kept a 14mph average so not too bad. I get to go to PT Thursday morning too so much fun.
 
First visible sunset in a week. Thunder and lightning passed by late afternoon followed by rain. Hope the lightning didn’t cause problems further East. AIQ down to 57
