No he didn’t. I even offered to buy one at full price and was told they couldn’t get them. I could have had the batteries rebuilt but I figured if they can’t even get batteries what happens if I have issues with the motor. That’s when I decided to just part out the bikes and move on. Glad I did.
In your case you could swap motors with a regular 750w Ultra motor and have your battery rebuilt and have a pretty reliable bike.
