Intuvio "Attach to Bike" Message on a Charger 3

Hello. My Intuvio unit keeps flashing up a message "Attach to bike" and then switching off (it is attached to the bike!). If I wriggle it about it eventually works. Any ideas what is going on?

Also, I have never been brave enough to remove the unit - it feels very tightly fixed. Is it just a matter of pulling it harder to get it off?

you need to take it off and clean the contacts. there might be a locking screw on the back then you need to take off the mount and remove that screw.

Assuming you are pressing the release lever to remove it and not just pulling it straight off?

Isopropyl alcohol wipes do the trick. Put 1 or 2 in your bag too.
