But not quite enough to tell those that ordered them to commit the atrocity to go F... themselves.Right on, I came to the understanding there are real People in those war machines and many of them do not like doing what they are ordered to do.

Without the coordinated effort of many... that would be suicide. Especially of those higher up and in less dangerBut not quite enough to tell those that ordered them to commit the atrocity to go F... themselves.
That's true. Back in the late 60's when the murderers had names like johnson and nixon, we did have something of a coordinating effort that I like to think helped and it was suicide for a handful. We did have choices back then which included a possible prison sentence but I know for me and many like me that joining the slaughter was not a viable option.Without the coordinated effort of many... that would be suicide. I don't think protesting the war in the US and in Putin's Russia are equalThat's true. No, hardly equal but still similar in that both wars were wrong and a few US protesters were killed and others jailed.I don't think protesting the war in the US and in Putin's Russia are equal
Sadly world leaders have way too much of an ego. Easy to start wars. Not so easy to end them.CNN: “Almost all” of the Russian advances in Ukraine “remain stalled,” a senior US defense official said Monday during a background briefing with reporters.
the western media is reporting that Ukraine is winning .
but Russia keeps pressing on inflicting heavy damage and is now escalating their attack
will Putin agree to a cease-fire , or gamble on an all out assault on Kiyv ?

He's usually on PBS on the weekends. The program is GZero WorldI don't know who this guy is, but he speaks in a very understandable way about the changing world order:

I have read his dream is to remake the old Soviet Union Map borders but if you listened to his speech after the invasion he made some good points on why he is doing thisYou really have to wonder what on earth is in Putain's mind. It's not like he needs any more money. There's not enough stuff in the world to buy for the the money he already has. It's not like he can't step on millions of people to make himself feel taller. It's not like he can't order endless people around to make himself feel his power. How much of this could possibly be enough then? Apparently there is no "enough" for him. He must be off his rocker.
I would not say that anymore.. seems they are bought and paid for now.The main difference between the U.S. and Russia is the media in the former are free.
