I have the radrhino here in the UK. It has the rad rear rack and I want a topeak bag with quick release system. Can you buy the plate that the bag slots into and does it attach to the stock frame? TIA

Deck plate but you might do as well, money-wise, to replace the rack with this Topeak rack . That's what I have on my RadRover.

I have factory racks on my fat tire ebikes. What I did was purchase the least expensive Topeak regular bike rack with the bag track. I cut the side legs off of the rack and attached the section with the bag track to the factory rack. It works perfectly when attaching the Topeak bag. The track is not available separately from Topeak.
