Hybrid or EMTB

Narrowed my bikes down to 3 bikes but having a hard time deciding on going hybrid for the extra speed and better motor or a EMTB. I live in Las Vegas so there are lots of offroad trails but also some good paved trails like the 34mi River loop trail. Currently looking at either the 2020 Giant Fastroad Ex E+ Pro, 2020 Giant Stance E+ or if I really stretch my budget and get a used one a 2019 Giant Trance E+ 2 Pro. Going Giant since they have 2 local shops. Which bike would you recommend?

Looking forward to seeing what you decide. Both my ebikes are hybrids but I see a emtb in my future. Although I don’t do single track riding the rough pot-holed roads of our modern infrastructure has me wanting a full suspension bike at times.
My hybrids are not Giant brand (Specialized & Trek). I love the range on both of them, can easily get 70-100 miles on a mid setting. And they could both handle a mild off road trail but obviously nothing like what is around Las Vegas. I added Kinect suspension seat post to both bikes and it made a huge difference.
Is It possible for you to do long test rides? That might help your decision.

They have the Giant Explore and the Giant Trance for test rides. May see how easy it is to cancel a preorder and move the money over to another bike.
