Hello I have a new Drift Slide 1500 w E-Bike. The left hand brake seems to have an issue with the wire coming out of it. I posted a picture. Do you think you can tell me what I can do about it? Because I think it's slowing the back tire up. Thank You

NOW ...When I charge the battery the green light on the battery cord shows green meaning the battery should be fully charged. but when I put the battery in the bike it shows three blocks of green lights from the full one block of yellow and one block of red on the Empty. I'm very upset because I haven't even riden the bike one time and the bike won't even start up because it doesn't seem like the battery is working correctly

That is a full battery. Make sure that the connector to the display is tight.

Hello PedalUma, I just looked at all the connections. They seem to be tight. The horn does not work and the light doesn't come on. But like you said the battery is registering full but the bike is not turning on at all. It's locked in and in the instructions it told me to press the mode key and it's not turning on at all

Does that LCD screen control the motor? Because I'm following the instructions and when I press the mode button the engine doesn't turn on and the screen doesn't turn on. So if the battery is fully charged, something can be wrong with the mode and the screen. What do you think?

@wilspeak, try disconnecting the wire to the display or if it has one between the display and remote that has the M button. Look to see if any pins are bent, if so straighten with a toothpick. Carefully align and reconnect. After that if it is still not powering on look at the connector between the battery and the controller.

You might need to take it to your local bike shop that sells and supports these bikes. Or drop it off and walk away at Whole Foods for Bezos to deal with.
