How do I attatch a picture file in a conversation?

I don't see any box that let's me attach a file. I'm in a conversation with someone and a picture is worth a thousand typed letters? I have clicked open the different boxes but can't find the attach file box.

Update: I confirmed I was only able to do it due to being an admin. I have now enabled attachments in messages for everyone @Gone2c and anyone else who is interested, please test at your convenience and let me know!

Thanks. I had mentioned the issue a while back but I guess it wasn't visible enough.

Attaching images in conversations diabled?

Was trying to send an image to someone in a private mesage and noticed the option was not available. Any reason this is disabled?

Make yourself a "wimpy power" account for testing is easy. Remembering to use the "wimpy" account is always hard.
