HELP! Throttle stopped working on Brand New Rev Cheetah Bike

Any help would be appreciated (noob here).
I just received my new Civi Cheetah E-Bike a couple of days ago. Took it out around the block & the next day, I went a couple more blocks, but the RED EXCLAMATION POINT indicator came on & my THROTTLE Stopped Working. Sometimes the PEDAL ASSIST would work on the way back, but not every time. Any idea? Thank you!
