Hello,
Could someone please explain to me how to use the Cadence and Assistance level indicators on my Focus Aventura Impulse 1.0 bike display? I grew up riding bikes with no gears and so have a difficult time climbing hills on bikes with gears. I would like to make good use of the data provided by this screen (see below) to help me climb hills efficiently. Thanks a lot for your help.
