Help Choose EBike for Short Person 4’11 Looking for Low Saddle Height

Hello! I’m 4’11. Looking for an EBike to fit my size. It’s been hard for me to find one to purchase. So I’m asking the experts here for help!

Must have:
-Low saddle height under 30in (preferably 27in)

Preference:
-Good shocks
-lcd screen
-fat tire

I’ve considered:
Radrunner 1: but can’t change seat. Comfort is important. No lcd screen, I don’t want to pay over 1k for no lcd.
Radrunner Plus: not available until end of august. Will miss the entire summer
Radmini step thru 2: not available until end of July
Ancheer 20in: kind of cheap so I wonder how good the shocks are, no lcd. I’m kind of hesitant to buy it. I’d rather keep searching for now.

Please help me find ANY EBike with saddle height under 30in! Will appreciate, thank you. I’m looking to buy within the week! =)

I prefer under $2k. But I don’t mind browsing more expensive ones. I prob won’t get something over $2k but reading descriptions from more expensive bikes help me see what’s better lol

The magnum low rider has a 26.25" minimum saddle height, and a front suspension. https://electricbikereview.com/magnum/low-rider/
It has 26" x 2" wheels that won't rattle your teeth on potholes the way the previous two bikes would with 20" tires. I ride 26x2.1" tires with no suspension at all. No suspension seat post, either.
It is a dealer supported bike where he is the service department in case of warrenty problems. Not yourself like bikesdirect. In NYC metro you probably will find a dealer.

24" fat tires, better than 20" and low enough for you. Court has never reviewed it.

I've been looking at the RadCity ST bike since it has their lowest seat height option and is in stock next month (allegedly).
She tried a Brompton; we were thinking the tiny folding bike would be smallest but it was very uncomfortable and wobbly with the narrow bars and tiny wheels/tires. We don't need the folding feature anyways so that one's out of the running.

I had already gone there first. None of those have the same reporting as the adult reviews. Not one shows the minimum saddle height in their geometry measurements which is one of our most important factors. And all 5 of those are 1k+ more expensive so I'd really want more information to want to spend that much more. I had hoped that resource would be better/more helpful but it wasn't at all for us.

You may not be aware that you size your bike seat height based on the Saddle to Peddle measurement?
That is why no one lists the Saddle height... you may also want to look for the Standover height.
BTW, all of the reviews listed above provide the same detail as the Adult reviews... hope this helps.

PS. Take a look at the travel bikes if you want a really low seat height.

You may not be aware that you size your bike seat based on the Saddle to Peddle measurement?
That is why no one lists the Saddle height... you may also want to look for the Standover height.
BTW, all of the reviews listed above provide the same detail as the Adult reviews... hope this helps.

I see. Almost all of the adult bikes reviewed DO show lowest saddle height, that's why I was surprised none of the kid bikes do. But, it's probably becuase he doesn't have a lot of kids running around nearby though the Bulls review features real kids. Like you said, saddle to peddle matters more, I just want to be sure she can also tip-toe until she gets another inch on her.

Thinking about it further, I think we really do want to stay away from the kids bikes anyways. If we get a small-adult bike it will last a longer height wise as our kid grows than a big-kids bike that's similiar in size to her current analog bike. It would matter less in the 1500 price range but if we really 'need' to spend 2500 then it needs to last a couple years for her at least, lol.

Also, I mentioned we tried a Brompton and didn't like the wobblyness of the travel/folding bike with small wheels and narrow bars.
This forum is DEFINITELY helpful. If only we could try a rad in person we'd probably get one, scared to buy unseen and worried about their high weight; but the price is nice.

Wrote a local store that stocks 2 of the kids' ones and both have been discontinued by the manufacturers. Looks like those lists need an update soon.

Lots of choices under $2k. I’d look at 20” tires on a step thru fat bike.

Whats wrong with the Lectric Step Thru for 899?

Seems like a smaller step thru would work. An Lectric xp step thru would fit smaller rider, is cheap and height is adjustable. Aventon sells smaller frames, like a pace 350 or pace 500. Look for postings on bikes for shorter riders.
