Help choose Bike for disabled rider

I need help choosing an bike- this is my second and I have learned from riding that I would prefer torque sensor over cadence sensors since I have an issue with my right leg not pushing hard enough and the bike not responding fast enough to get me out of traffic quickly. I have right hip and leg injury that have left the right side without a lot of strength. I am only 5 feet and lightweight so I need a step through. That leaves my options out for a torque but hey! You can't get everything you want.
I have been researching this to death and I know I will have to give up some things to get other things. The list now is below. I appreciate your thoughts on what I should buy. I think I am favoring the Magnum: Thank you.
Magnum Premium II step through
Turn Accelerator D71i
Rad Power Bikes Mini Step Through
Volt Bike Urban
Blix Vika Plus

All of the bikes listed above have hub drive motors. Have you considered a mid-drive with both torque and cadence sensors?
Here are 2 options for mid-drive motor step-thru bikes that should meet your needs and have no problem climbing hills.

2020 Electric EF3 Folding eBike, Advanced Lithium-Ion Battery, Shimano STEPS Mid-Drive $1599

Looks great!- but I couldn't get my leg over the red one and I wanted a 20" step through since its easier for me to maneuver. Thank you. (I would LOVE a mid drive with torque!!!)

I just checked the specs on the 20" bike and standover height is incorrectly listed at 16 inches... must be 26", not sure if this would work for you.

Blix Vika has a low stand-over height of 16.5”, has a throttle, and is lighter than the other bikes you listed except the Tern, however the Tern Vektron D7i has a 24" stand over height. Another model you might like to test ride is the Gazelle EasyFlow that has a 15.5" stand-over height, is also lighter than the others except the Tern, and the Shimano Steps motor.

Regarding this issue, I would think that you would want to make sure you have a throttle at least available when dealing with accelerating from a stop - especially at a busy intersection.

Yeah I like the Vika a lot-but for the same weight I can get hydraulic brakes and speed pedelec on the magnum. The Gazelle is a gorgeous bike but is 26" not 20. I like the Tern a lot but I don't see specs on if it is cadence or torque or both or what class is it?

Yes, I definitely need a throttle! My other ebike had one and it was a life saver!

The Tern Vektron D7i uses a Bafang M400 motor and does not have a throttle so it is a Class 1. The Gazelle EasyFlow is also a Class 1 with no throttle. The Blix Vika is 7lb lighter than the Magnum Premium II with a similar size battery, but if the brakes and speed matter to you then you've made your decision.
