Hi, I'm Margaret. My ebike Model E is a classic style electric cruiser, built with 26″ wheels. I've had it for about a year now, and I've been really happy with it until now. ButI have a problem, I've noticed that lately, the motor has been making a strange noise. It's kind of a high-pitched whining sound, and it's only there when the motor is engaged.
I've tried to troubleshoot the problem on my own, but I can't figure it out. I've checked the chain and gears, and they all seem to be in good condition. I've also checked the brakes, and they're working properly.
Any greetings and advice would be welcome!
