Hello From the Granite State!!

Hey Best and Brightest! I have been a competitive road racer (SV650 and R'6) for a long time and recently retired. I have had traditional mountain bikes and still do. I have a recently big attraction to off road, mid drive fat tire electric mountain bikes. I seem to find myself constantly watching reviews and reading in forums like this one.
I have started to get my wife interested also and she seems to like the Aventon step through at the LBS. Hers was easy...
I want to go back country exploring and use it for hunting and an occasional all out rip when the racing bug hits me..
I am struggling to find my bike.. I have narrowed it down to what I think are three:

1. Jugg Ultra FS
2. Spectre S
3. Sondors Rockstar
4. Himiway Cobra Pro

This has been all consuming to read the highs and lows.. I do not want to build my own at this time, maybe when I have more time on my hands.

I hope to make up my mind soon and then wait for the bike to come.. hopefully before winter arrives again....

Welcome the site. I'm in the limestone state.
4" up tires are great for powder snow & fluffy beach sand. You ride any of that? Or just like the look? 30 psi max uses a lot of watthours (electric energy) flexing rubber.
I find 2.1" tires fine on gravel. The pressure limit is 55 or 60 psi. I carry up to 80 lb of groceries sometimes + 12 lb tools, spares, water. I ride off the cell phone network and my bike wouldn't fit in the wife's car anyway. I'm 160 lb. Some bikes have 2.4" tires now, also medium pressure.

Thank you for the help with this decision. The choice is the Juggernaut Ultra FS.
Both companies were great to talk with, both took the time to review their products versus the competitor. The end result was fit and finish and the conversation with Clayton at Biktrix. Looking forward to the journey.

Where do you plan to ride? I'm in SW NH, near Peterborough. If you want to ride on some lovely back roads that will test your bike's hill climbing, let me know. I can give you some suggestions. We don't have decent bike paths here (just snowmobile trails...) but we don't have much traffic either, once you get off the main highways.
