I have a Rohloff E14 Trigger Shifter, but I'm not sure if it is the 'new' one?

Yes, I replaced the old type with the new trigger, and haven't regretted it for a second.
Works great even with thick gloves.

I also assembled it yesterday, it is exceptionally comfortable, intuitive and fast.

I have been using it now for 3 weeks and it is a really good upgrade. The only issue I have is that even though it works perfectly to change gear, I have a problem in not being able to upgrade the software on my Rohloff in order to be able to do recalibrations. I have contacted Rohloff and I am waiting for them to provide me with a solution. ( I specially purchased an android phone to download the version 1 app to do the software upgrade and followed all the instructions on their website, but it refuses to authenticate my hub, despite finding it !)

Its a finished product by Rohloff why would it look homemade? And why do you keep your 3D printer in the bedroom?
