I want to raise and adjust the bars due to nect and back problems. I am looking at adjustable goosenecks stem. I need to know the size of the neck on both sides

neck diameter and bars diameter. Anyone know

Hi, its the 31.8mm handlebar with the 1 1/8 stem

Mine came with the stem flipped down so you could flip it up and add riser handlebars. That's another option anyways.
