Sorted mine there was a wire dislodged from the board soldered back and i noticed some screws missing from the front were it says giant i opened it something you shouldn't do and it there was a part Offset to the rest which made me question if it was seated properly and i put some pressure on that offset lookin part and it straightened up i found 3 bolts tighened it up and it works.im by no means telling anyone to mess with there motor but this was a out of date bike as backup it was have a route with it or leave it as a ornament i would of sold the expensive parts off in the end but now the motor is in a different frame with the battery and its gettin more use than my other one.
