Front carrier / rack & lock question

Hello, can anyone tell me which Abus folding lock(s) fits perfectly on the rear rack of an Charger3 GT? And how do you like them?

Another question is what bags do you use in combination with the original Riese & Müller front cargo carrier? I was thinking about the Ortlieb Rack-Pack 24 Liter (small).

I don't know about fit, but here are two brief bike lock reviews:

Foldylock has a nice key, good action, seems like it is as strong as it can be for its size/weight, and the inner diameter is reasonable.

Abus Bordo Ugrip Lite 6055 60cm is tiny and light, but the lock is kind of junky and it's not even solid. The metal in the arms is significantly thinner than it could be. Volume inside is barely adequate. BUT! It will fit on the bottom bracket of my Tero X 6, which is a very small space. So I always have it. The case that mounts on the bike is sold separately and it's good... but it has this accessory strap that I think they added to reduce rattle which adds a lot of extra steps to getting the lock out.
