From Specialized to Giant

Hi I am Alan and ride at a place called Holla in Natal South Africa. We can ride tracks from 15km all the way up to 105km which are mainly dirt/sand tracks with 15% single Track. We have had specialized turbo Levo ebike for the last 2,5 years and after numerous battery motor and plug replacements we have got rid of them (now out of guarantee) and got giant stance ebike. A thought the bikes are heavier than out levos they are far 'lighter' and agile on single track. So far so good however I have started having issues with my switch not staying on. Had the bike at the agent twice now and has assured me it has been sorted. Has anybody had similar issues.

Do you meant the dropper post? I had issues with mine on Giant Trance E+. A small part in the dropper post broke and the post used to rotate slightly. I have replaced it with a OneUp Components V2 dropper seat-post and am happy since.

Sorry for confusion. The Giant dropper post is named Contact Switch

No worries. We all use different terminologies
