Fork tubes flex when braking

When applying the front brakes I noticed the fork Stanchions flex between it and the lower sliders. Is that normal or safe?

They all flex. There's no way to know if there's a problem from your description, but it's not likely there is a problem if forks are installed properly, well serviced and aren't damaged.
