Flashing green charger

Have a Raleigh Tamland and after a ride was charging battery. Was only down about three notches on battery measure. After about an hour charging the battery charger started to flash green. When fully charged it should be solid green . Any suggestions as to what this means.

Hello. I have a Raleigh myself, I think it flashes green as the battery is charging. It's just to let you know it's charging but not up to 100% yet.

Orange is charging. Solid green is charged. Guessing that flashing green means 95% charged. No documentation to verify that.
