Engine connectors on Yamaha Cross Core Connect and Urban Rush?

(I asked this in the general forum as well, seems might be better answered here, sorry for the duplication.)

Yamaha Ebikers,

I heard from a shop owner and authorized dealer that the recent 2019 Yamaha bikes (Cross Core, Connect, Urban Rush) have the same motor connectors as 2018, and that has not changed since the Yamaha models were first introduced. (That's a male 5 pin display plug as shown on the left below for the 2018 Yamaha's PW-SE motor.)

Can someone please confirm that this has not changed as it has for the use of the motor by Haibike and Giant?

That's correct -- here's a photo of the motor connectors on my Cross Core:

However, the speed sensor is different (it's mounted inside the hub -- it's unclear whether that changes anything).
