Electric Bike for a shorty :)

I'm 4'10" and trying to find an electric bike that fits. Looking for recommendations in the price range of $900 - $2500. Being in Canada anything under the $900 is Walmart quality and I really need something I can depend on. I want it to be a step through or low step as some call it. No folding bikes as I want to ride 20 kms (eventually) a day on it. Don't really care about having a throttle as the bike is to assist me not completely take over. Hopefully that's enough info to get some suggestions.

I have already tried to get a test of the Evo Eco Lite and it was sold out in my local store and might also be with the supplier. It looked online like a good fit but I have to pay 50% down now if I want him to bring it back in to the store which I'd rather not do as I've know idea how it'll fit.

Okay for any fellow short people out there I ended up getting a eProdigy Banff. It has a 15" frame which with the saddle and stem adjusted to fit me was very comfortable. It also comes with a rear rack and basket which is really handy for shopping..very important

I have the FOLDING Easy Motion Neo Volt, but they also making the NON-folding PROX. With the Thudbuster, my Neo Volt is nearly perfect. Here's a thread I made about installing the Thudbuster on my Volt. I'm just trying to find a suitable basket for it now. I'm also in Canada ... check out Scooteretti in Ottawa (where I purchased online).

Thanks Trinity but I already purchased an eProdigy Banff. Scooteretti were sold out of the model of eMotion that I wanted which was the Evo Eco. It's the only complete framed bike that I can fit. I didn't want to get a folding bike as I'm planning to ride fairly long distance on it and they aren't as comfortable once you go over 20 kms. Edit: Sorry forgot to mention that even with the non-folding version the PROX that the seat to handlebar length was too long for me so not an option.

I unfortunately have a number of restrictions so it leaves me with a limited selection. Was looking for a bike good for my height that was a step-thru and that would be comfortable for longer rides. I've got two out of three so far and will confirm the third once I've ridden longer then 5 km on it. Fingers crossed it'll work. The other reason I decided to try them is they are the only bike company I came across that would take a return if the bike didn't work (I'm sure there are plenty more but with sizing and my criteria these were the only ones) so it makes it less daunting. Anyway thanks so much for the tip

Thanks MarcD I will definitely update this post once I get it broken in I can't believe how excited I am about getting it..it totally feels like Christmas. I think the only thing that would be better if it were actually Christmas and it was under the tree.
